The original 300,000 SF Merrimac Hat Factory, located on the north bank of the Merrimack River in Amesbury, MA, is being converted into +55 Condominium Housing. Phase I, which includes 42 units, is almost complete. Phase II includes 50 units with a 100 car parking garage.

Hatter’s Point is listed by the MA Historical Commission as a historic building. The original street facades are being restored to meet historic preservation guidelines. New additions are being constructed on the river side to take advantage of the spectacular views up and down the river. A new marina is being constructed to allow the residents direct access to their sailboats. Single loaded corridors allow all units to have river views and outdoor decks while preserving the original mill character.
